Seniors Real Estate Specialist "SRES"
This designation is received by completing the course of study administered by the REALTORS Institute. This specialized training was developed for REALTORS who serve the 55+ community. This area of study addresses many of the community needs like: downsizing of living space, accessibility, retrofitting, relocation, refinancing and the various forms of ownership.

Graduate REALTORS Institute "GRI"
The REALTORS Institute provides courses and training for REALTORS covering all aspects of
real estate, from contract law, contract negotiations, sales strategies, tax law and most other aspects of real estate.

Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource "SFR"
This designation is received by completing the course of study administered by the National Association of REALTORS. This specialized training was developed for REALTORS working with people who may have missed a mortgage payment or are facing foreclosure. Helping homeowners stay in their home or showing them an alternative to foreclosure is the specialized area addressed by this field of study.

Quality Service Certified "QSC"
This designation is the real estate industry standard of superior service for home buyers and sellers. It focuses on providing the consumer with service that is reliable, accountable, responsive and exceptionally satisfying. This is accomplished through education and training
and ongoing monitoring of services.

1.) I give each client a Quality Service Guarantee that spells out exactly what I will do through out
     the transaction. This defines and guarantees the service up front in writing.
2.) Upon the completion of the transaction each client will have the opportunity to evaluate my
     service through at Quality Service Assurance Survey© conducted by an independent research
     firm. This examines all aspects of the transaction from start to finish, as well as all follow-up
     assistance.
3.) The Quality Service Certified® designation can only be maintained by meeting or exceeding
     rigorous standards of service delivery every time a client is served. This process assures you
    of a higher professional accountability and gives me valuable feedback about my performance
    and your service satisfaction.

Experience and Integration
During the past 32 years, I have applied and developed the knowledge and skills learned in my
training as a Certified Residential Specialist, a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute and Quality Service Certified professional real estate agent.
